Welcome to the Fall Semester 2010. Your first assignment is to get your books as soon as possible. Both English 188 and English 190 use "Introduction to Critical Reading" 6th edition. I encourage to buy the book used. Everyone also needs to buy or print for themselves the class syllabus book, what I call the "green" or cheap book. Also start your lab work this week.
